By submitting this reservation request, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

This is a reservation request only and does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. I will be contacted via telephone and/or email of the status of my reservation request. If I do not receive confirmation, I will contact the restaurant directly.

Special requests (e.g., seating preferences, dietary needs) are not guaranteed.

I agree to arrive on time and understand that without notification, my reservation may be canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period applies before the table may be released.

If my plans change, including a change in party size, I will notify the restaurant as soon as possible.

I understand that availability is limited during weekends, holidays, and special events (e.g., UFC Fight Nights, concerts, NFL/College games), and the restaurant may require a deposit or credit card hold. I accept that failure to cancel or a no-show may result in a cancellation fee.

I understand that due to high demand, tables may not be held beyond the grace period, and late arrivals may result in delayed seating or forfeiture.

Seating preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at time of arrival.

For large parties (12+) or private events, I agree to contact the restaurant at least one week in advance to coordinate arrangements.
