Simply provide your phone number for the AJ’s Fan Club program to your Server, Bartender, or Cashier in-store every time you make a purchase to earn points. You’ll also earn points for online orders made through the artjakes.com website and AJ’s Mobile App.

For every 250 Points earned, you’ll automatically receive a $10 Off Reward. Be sure to register your account to unlock additional personalized offers and receive 25 bonus points just for signing up.

No, there are no plastic loyalty cards associated with AJ’s Fan Club. Just give the Cashier your phone number during checkout in-store to earn points and redeem rewards.

Your previous points from our previous system have been migrated to the new platform! All you need to do is Register for a new account and ensure that you use the same phone number you used previously. Once you Register, you will be able to access your previous points and redeem them for amazing new rewards! Plus, you’ll get 25 Points just for Registering!

No — you can begin earning points automatically with eligible purchases even before registering your account. However, you’ll need to register your account to redeem your points for rewards.

From there, you will be required to validate your phone number by entering in a One-Time 6-digit Passcode within 5 minutes. Upon successful validation, you will be taken to the next screen to enter your profile details! As soon as you do, you’ll be on your way to enjoying great rewards, like 25 Points, just for registering!

1. Provide your phone number to the Cashier while you are making your purchase. If you have enough points to redeem an item, add the item to your cart, or simply proceed with using a dollars off. The Cashier will prompt you to use your points to redeem the free item or use your dollars off. Simply confirm that you would like to redeem your points for the item/discount on that visit, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order and the corresponding points will be removed from your account.
2. For online orders, log into your AJ’s Fan Club account. Once logged in, place items in your cart and go to the checkout page. Points will be available to redeem for free items or dollars off, if applicable.

No, only one reward or discount can be used per order, per visit, but multiple rewards can be accumulated for later use.

Points do not expire. The Birthday Offer expires after 30 days. Other rewards and offers’ expiration rules may vary. Points are subject to expiration due to account inactivity. Sign in to your AJ’s Fan Club account to view more details.

In-store and online purchases made from the artjakes.com website or AJ’s Mobile App qualify for points when purchasing regular-priced food items.
Please note that gift card purchases or reloads, sales tax, tips, discounts, beverages, and promotional items such as Happy Hour specials or daily Super Specials are excluded from earning points.

Additionally, receipts or checks dated prior to your Fan Club registration cannot be added for points — only purchases made after joining the club are eligible.

To see your points or reward status, log into your AJ’s Fan Club account online using your phone number and successfully enter in a One-Time 6-digit Passcode within 5 minutes. Only Registered Members will be able to log-in to view their points balance and available rewards.

For every $1 spent on regular priced food items, 1 point is earned, less taxes, tips, discounts and other fees. You cannot earn points on any rewards or offers used on an order (please review the Rules & Regulations for restrictions).
